If you have enrolled in health insurance or dental care insurance, it is important to let your pharmacist and dentist know about your change of insurer to avoid any interruption in the payment of your claims once your new group insurance plan comes into force.

My Client Space: Everything at your fingertips

My Client Space gives you secure and direct online access to your group insurance file at any time. This portal enables you to submit claims and keep track of them, view your insurance booklet, sign up for direct deposit of your claim reimbursements, download personalized, interactive claim forms, generate a list of claims submitted and paid for your income tax return, and much more.

My Client Space also enables you to estimate your reimbursement for prescription drug purchases and locate nearby pharmacies through the WebRxTM tool.

To register for My Client Space:

  • If you have the activation key you were sent with your group insurance card, enter your personal information, check the I have my activation key box and follow the procedure on the screen.
  • If you don’t have your activation key, you can get one by checking the I don’t have my activation key nor my contract number box. Simply follow the procedure and your activation key will be emailed to you or sent to you in the mail, as you prefer.

This service enables to submit your claims for health care, vision care and dental care online through My Client Space or the iA Mobile app.

If covered by your plan, you can submit claims for the following types of expenses:

  • Dental care (basic and preventive)
  • Vision care (eye exams, contact lenses, glasses frames and lenses)
  • Paramedical care:
    • - Massage therapist
    • - Psychologist
    • - Chiropractor
    • - Acupuncturist
    • - Dietitian
    • - Speech therapist
    • - Osteopath
    • - Podiatrist
    • - Occupational therapist
    • - Social worker
    • - Audiologist

How to find it:

  1. Log in into your group insurance file in My Client Space.
  2. In the menu on the left, under Claims, click on E-claims.

How to get the iA Mobile app:

  1. Make sure you have already registered for My Client Space.
  2. Download it from the App Store or Google Play, then enter your access code and password for My Client Space.

  • Indicates whether or not a prescription drug is covered by your plan
  • Provides an estimate of the amount reimbursed according to your plan
  • Helps you easily locate pharmacies in your area and compare drug prices**
  • Proposes personalized purchase tips and cost-saving alternatives

How to find it:

  1. Log into your group insurance file in My Client Space.
  2. In the menu on the left, under Claims, click on WebRx.

* To use WebRx, you must have prescription drug insurance coverage with iA Financial Group and have a direct or deferred drug payment card. 

** WebRx users outside the province of Quebec are able to see the price of the drug they are searching for at each pharmacy found. In Quebec, WebRx does not provide prices per pharmacy; instead it provides an average provincial price for each drug being searched.
