Considering how busy our lives can be, it can sometimes be practical to have all your most frequently-used group insurance procedures in one handy place. With this in mind, here they are.
Register for My Client Space
- If you have the activation key you were sent with your group insurance card, enter your personal information, check the I have my activation key box and follow the procedure on the screen.
- If you don’t have your activation key, you can get one by checking the I don’t have my activation key nor my contract number box. Simply follow the procedure and your activation key will be emailed to you or sent to you in the mail, as you prefer.

To find out more about your group insurance file, you can:
- Log into My Client Space
- View your insurance booklet
- Contact our Customer Service

Submit a claim to two insurers
If you, your spouse or dependent children are also covered by a group insurance plan with another insurer for health and/or dental care insurance, there are guidelines to help you receive the maximum eligible benefit payable under both plans.

Sign up for direct deposit and notices
Registering for direct deposit enables you to receive reimbursements for your medical and dental care expenses directly in your bank account. With direct deposit notices, you’ll receive an email to let you know your claims have been processed. You can register for both services in Client Space or the iA Mobile app.
How to register:
- Log into your group insurance file in Client Space .
- In the menu on the left, under Claims, click on Direct Deposit and Notices.
- Enter your account information and email address.
Make changes to my coverage
Please contact your plan administrator to change:
- Your insurance coverage following a life event (marriage, birth, divorce, separation, etc.)
- Personal information such as your address and/or email address
Your plan administrator will explain which form to complete and the procedure to follow.
